Balance due 60 days prior to the trip starting date. 

Payment by credit card with a 4% surcharge (Visa, Master card, Amex + 6% ) 

Payment by wire transfer credit card fee and additional $50 USD 


CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellations received prior to final payment (at 60 days) will incur loss of non-refundable deposit.

After the final balance is paid at 0-59 days before departure 100% cancellation fees/0 $ refund

Trip Design & Delivery Services for this Journey are XXX CAD plus taxes per traveller. 

Travel Design & Deliver Services are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement.

Details pertaining to your travels

Prices provided are approximate and can only be confirmed as payments are disbursed for each element of the itinerary. Flights and accommodation availability and pricing are subject to change until a deposit in in place. 

You will receive notice from me - in writing - as I allocate charges to your credit card to pay deposits or make payments for elements of your itinerary. In some cases - such as flights - these must be paid at time of reservation. In other cases your credit card will be used as a guarantee only with complete payments made closer to your trip departure. 

European suppliers charge a fee to process credit cards and wire transfers. These fees are in indicated in the Payment section of the Land Tour Proposal. 

Notes Two
Details pertaining to your travels

You have booked your travels with an Ontario Travel Advisor. Travel Advisors in Ontario are certified, registered and monitored by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario; the provincial travel regulatory body. As such your travels are protected by the Ontario Travel Industry Compensation Fund (the Fund). 

This fund is governed by Ontario Regulation 26/05 under the Travel Industry Act, 2002. The Fund is totally financed by registered travel agents and travel wholesalers in Ontario. It is administered by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), whose Board of Directors determine whether a claim or a part of one, meets the requirements of the Regulation. 

The Fund provides reimbursement of monies paid to an Ontario registered travel agent for travel services that are not provided due to the bankruptcy or insolvency of an Ontario registrant or an end supplier airline or cruise line, where a reimbursement has not otherwise been provided. As long as the consumer has dealt through a registered Ontario travel retailer, a claim may be filed against the Fund for the non-provision of travel services.

Claims may also be filed against the Fund to provide the reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred (transportation, accommodation and meals) to complete a trip where the travel services have not been provided as the result of the closure of a TICO registered travel retailer or a TICO registered travel wholesaler. 

Provided that the consumer purchased their original travel services from an Ontario registered travel retailer, trip completion claims may be eligible when the consumer's travel services commenced prior to the failure of the TICO registrant and the consumer is in destination and unable to receive the travel services purchased to complete their travel plans.
